Drop 2 Is Here — and So Is the Melt
Share
As the snow begins to pull back from the high country, Colorado’s tallest peaks are revealing themselves once again — and with them comes Drop 2 of the 58Peaks print series.

This new release includes Mount Massive, Sunshine Peak, and La Plata Peak — three bold and beautiful 14ers that reflect the quieter, more rugged side of the state’s alpine story. Massive stands as Colorado’s second-highest summit, sprawling and majestic. Sunshine hides in the folds of the San Juans, and La Plata stretches its elegant ridgelines into the sky. Each print is a tribute to their distinct personalities, captured in a nostalgic, WPA-era style.
Up in the mountains, the melt is real. What was covered in white just weeks ago is now patchy with wildflowers and morning sun. Trailheads are opening. Routes are changing. And the season is just beginning. These posters were made while watching the mountains shift from winter to summer — a reminder that the window to explore is short, but the inspiration it gives lasts much longer.
Drop 2 is now available — printed on museum-quality matte paper, ready to hang, and part of a journey that’s just getting started. As always, 5% of each purchase goes to support trail and park conservation here in Colorado. Whether you’ve stood atop one of these peaks or are still chasing the dream, this drop brings the adventure a little closer to home.
